1. Thank God for the reopening of Kayerekera uranium mine and the agreements that have been signed. Pray that the country will benefit from the mining activities and that the people of Karonga will be protected from any harm.
2. Thank God for the political party conventions that have taken place this far. Pray for the remaining parties that they will have the grace to conduct conventions in a peaceful manner.
3. Malawi Assemblies of God will hold elections of its leaders at various levels. Pray that God will raise up leaders who will influence Malawi positively in all aspects.
4. The National Agricultural Fair will be held from 29th to 31st August, 2024. Pray that the objectives of the fair will be met and that the trade opportunities that will be unveiled will add value to Malawi’s economy.

Praying for unreached people groups

Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8

1. Pray that the Gospel of Christ will find its way into these people groups and that they will respond positively to the invitation to accept Jesus Christ.
2. Pray that those that receive Christ will, from the word go, understand their responsibility to win souls and disciple believers.
3. Pray that everyone who receives Jesus will right away be baptized in the Holy Spirit, so as to be effective workers in the Kingdom.
