Panting for Wisdom
- We lay hold of wisdom with our hearts. Pray that we will display a lot of persistence in our search for wisdom and not allow anyone or anything to stop us.
- We need to love wisdom, embrace it and keep it in sight. Pray that we will be conscious of the enemy’s tactics to distract us from understanding the word of God and keeping it in our hearts, and we will not allow him to do it.
- Gaining wisdom is not cheap; Solomon invested in worship. Pray that ICA will invest in mining and hunting for wisdom, without counting the cost. Pray that we will also acquire appropriate mining/hunting skills.
- Wisdom grows through understanding what impacts our lives and godliness. Pray that we will not engage ourselves in anything without understanding how it will impact our lives and our godliness. This calls for spiritual sensitivity.
- Malawi is influenced by a lot of demonic wisdom. Pray that we will not be involved in practices that open our lives to demonic influences, knowingly or unknowingly. Pray disentangling Malawi from witchcraft.
