Acts 2:1-4 “And when the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together … And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues.”

Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruits of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control”

• Pray that the Holy Spirit will fill the sanctuary. Pray for a fresh fire from above. Pray for the manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit amongst His people. Love, joy, peace, patience, and self-control.

Hebrews 4:12 " The word is God is active and shape than a two-edged sword, piercing to the division of the souls and spirit..."

• Pray for the word we are about to receive. Pray that it is timely and edifying to the Church. Submit the preacher into the hands of God that he may once again be used as a vessel.

James 1:21 "Therefore put away all filthiness... and receive the word with meekness the word of God which is able to save your souls"

• Pray for receptive hearts towards the message. Pray for a present spirit and alert mind in each of us that we may hear what the Lord has prepared for us.

James 1:22 " But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves."

• Pray for an action-oriented Church. Pray that the message we receive we go out and put it into practice. Pray against passivity.

Romans 12:4-5 "For as in one body we have many members but with different functions, so we though many are one body in Christ..."

• Pray for all the service teams in the Church. Media, ushering and praise teams. Pray for a renewed strength and an increased return. Pray for the different gifts/functions bestowed onto each member. Pray for the manifestation of these functions.
